Welcome to ZapClip! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ZapClip’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. By using ZapClip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use ZapClip.

1. Access and Use

1.1 License: Subject to these Terms of Use, ZapClip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ZapClip platform for your personal or commercial purposes.

1.2 Account: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of ZapClip. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3 Acceptable Use: You agree to use ZapClip in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and not to engage in any activity that may:

Violate these Terms of Use;
Infringe upon the rights of others;
Interfere with the operation of ZapClip; or
Damage, disable, or impair ZapClip’s servers or networks.
2. Content

2.1 User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload, create, or submit to ZapClip (“User Content”). By uploading, creating, or submitting User Content, you grant ZapClip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content for the purposes of providing and promoting ZapClip’s services.

2.2 Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, create, or submit any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Subscription: Access to ZapClip may require payment of a subscription fee. By subscribing to ZapClip, you agree to pay the applicable fees in accordance with the terms and conditions specified at the time of purchase.

3.2 Payment Information: You must provide accurate and complete payment information and promptly update this information as necessary to ensure continued access to ZapClip’s services.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: ZapClip retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the ZapClip platform, including all intellectual property rights.

4.2 Feedback: If you provide ZapClip with any feedback or suggestions regarding the platform, you hereby grant ZapClip the right to use such feedback or suggestions for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

5. Termination

ZapClip may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZapClip is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ZapClip does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZapClip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of or inability to use ZapClip.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms
